What's the difference between Track and Explore?

Track is email-only and scoped to one CQC region. You get same-day inspection alerts, a monthly synthesised PDF, and regional trends. Explore is everything in Track plus full portal access across all nine regions — insights dashboards, data integrity reports, and the national locations map. If you only consult inside one region, Track is enough. If you work nationally, Explore is the upgrade.

How does sign-in work?

Magic-link, no password. You enter your email at /login, we send a one-time sign-in link, you click it, you're in. Sessions last 30 days.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes — first 30 days free on Explore (and on Track). You can cancel at any point in the trial and pay nothing.

How fresh is the data?

The full CQC location and report dataset is refreshed daily. New inspection reports surface in the portal within hours of CQC publishing them. See data sources for the full provenance.
